Leann K. Kimberlin has practiced law for more than twenty years. Leann's past experience with general legal practice has provided her with the skills and training necessary to become a successful attorney.

Today, Leann focuses on providing municipal law services. Some of her work includes drafting ordinances, intergovernmental agreements, and other municipal contracts. She also provides assistance in legal matters such as planning and land use, zoning, and Freedom of Information compliance. Leann currently resides in Commerce Township with her husband and three children.

EDUCATION

Leann received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan in 1988. She then completed her Juris Doctor from Michigan State College of Law in 1992. She was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan the same year.

EXPERIENCE

Leann has an extensive amount of experience when it comes to helping clients in the areas of municipal, probate, real estate, commercial litigation, corporate and family law. Her experience includes work in all aspects of litigation; representation of clients in administration of decedent estates, guardianships, conservatorships and trusts; and assisting clients in various real estate transactions such as the purchase, sale or rental of a home.
